Followed by its massive market traction, the company has now expanded, with new offices in London and Hong Kong

On February 2, 2016 WB21 set up their Hong Kong office at the Central Plaza Building, 18 Harbour Road, at one of Hong Kong's well known skyscrapers that overlooks the financial district of Wan Chai. The opening of the Hong Kong office was the obvious move due to the effect of the hyper growth driven global roll out strategy which was initiated end of 2015.

With a growth rate of 33% and boarding over 100,000 new customers monthly, the company has witnessed a gigantic traction in the market. WB21 met its clients strong demand and has ventured into the Asian continent. The Hong Kong company will serve as the beachhead for WB21 Group to strengthen customer relations in the region and as a major payment centre for its clients in China and neighbouring countries. In addition to real time account openings for private and business clients, WB21 offers cross border payments in local currencies. Customer pay 1% fees for cross border transfers which is phenomenally less than traditional banks and competitors.

In lieu of rapid expansion, WB21 has relocated its European Head Office from Switzerland to London but will still maintain its Card Issuing centre in Switzerland. The European Head Office at 88 Wood Street, London has enough space to accommodate the organic growth that WB21 is experiencing. “We are in process of hiring a two digit number of employees each monthly in the UK and Hong Kong, to meet the needs of our current customer growth.
